This retreat is about more than rest—it’s about creating space to take care of yourself in ways you may have been putting off. Maybe it’s one too many late nights, too much screen time, that extra drink, or skipping movement and real nourishment. Whatever the pattern, here you’ll have the support and environment to step back, reset those habits, and give your body and mind the care they deserve.
Mornings begin with movement and meditation to energize your body and clear your head. Afternoons invite balance—whether with a hike in nature, quiet time by the pool, or spa treatments available at the resort. Evenings are about slowing down with nourishing meals, good company, and moments to simply breathe.
This is self-care on every level: time to rest deeply, eat well, move your body, and surround yourself with nature’s beauty. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more intentional—ready to bring your reset home and integrate it into everyday life.
“When do I get a break for me?”
“Why do I feel so drained all the time?”
“How do I stop falling back into the same old habits?”
“When was the last time I felt truly rested and clear?”
“What if I gave myself permission to slow down?”
If these thoughts have been circling in your mind, this retreat is for you.
The Radical Reset Retreat gives you the space and support to pause, care for yourself, and step back into life with a fresh perspective.

Where are the Azores?
The Azores is a Portuguese archipelago of 9 islands in the middle of the Atlantic - slightly closer to Europe than American
What language will they speak?
The Azores are Portuguese islands so the locals speak Portuguese. You'll have no problem with the language - we promise
What is the currency?
The island uses the Euro - it can be a good idea to bring some with you, but it is easy to access money from atms on the island. It's a good idea to let your credit card company or bank know that you're traveling.
What do I pack?
The weather in July should be perfect - high 80, low 70 with high humidity. Bring clothes to layer, a rain coat, hiking shoes or good sneakers, and don't forget your bathing suit! Swim shoes could be helpful with the volcanic stones but not necessary. A converter for your electronics will also be necessary - although we hope you won't spend much time on your phone!
